The mixer adopts the Dutch vacuum boiling in low temperature and Dutch inflation at the same time of mixing. It ensures a constant boiling and inflation process of Switzerland sugar, nougat, cotton candy and milk candy, the boiling temperature of which is controlled automatically. The Dutch vacuum boiling in low temperature greatly reduces the PH value of candy and promotes its inflation, which finally witnesses less deformation, higher quality candy taste, saves manpower and improves related work efficiency.

The machine solved the hygiene problem of vertical mixer and difficult-control system.
